About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington with a Masters and PhD in Developmental Psychology from the University of Bern, Switzerland. I provide therapy to children, adolescents and their families. I have extensive and specialized training in Client-Centered Therapy and Play Therapy and I am a Registered Play Therapist through the Association for Play Therapy)

I was born and raised in Switzerland. During High School, I was an exchange student and graduated from High School in Wisconsin. After graduating from the University of Bern in Switzerland, I worked as therapist in an inpatient and outpatient program with children and adolescents. My husband's postdoc took us to Eugene, Oregon, where I worked as child and family therapist in a residential program with children and adolescents. After our two children were born in Eugene, we relocated back to Switzerland where I joined a private practice and worked with many expats living there. After changes in our life, we are now back in the Pacific Northwest and settled in Seattle. We feel fortunate to be living in such a tolerant and supportive environment. 

PERSONAL INTERESTS

My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and exploring our new home. I love to be creative and enjoy sewing, knitting, and crafting.
